I agree. I also keep my computers on local time.
I use them for other things besides radio.
DXB and Writelog both make the UTC conversion automagically.

Wonder if he's using the automatic time syncing?
Would having a computer set to Monrovia and then syncing with NIST confuse
the date portion of the sync?
