Ed...you don't have to uninstall DXB2003 in order to  run DXB2004 trial or
registered for that matter.  But you can only run one or the other at any
given time.  I know this for a fact because I just tested it, and in
addition I was on the beta team and had both installed on the same computer,
no problem.
