I just checked the registry and the Port Count value is different.  I
changed it to be the same as the entry for DXB98, changed the DXB2004.ini
back to DXB24 LPT2 and it does not work.  The port base entries are
identical for DXB98 and DXB24 LPT 1 and 2.

That's telling me that the DXB driver program did not work correctly.
In the registry, does Dxb24 lpt2 and Dxb98 lpt2 have the same I/O address.
I suspect the dxb24 one is incorrect.
