On my site http://dxspots.com you will find I have posted my QSL design
CardBack_9Q. My design is a package including the files and full
documentation on how to use it along with visual examples. This design
is included the DXB2004 release. In fact if you go to the labels
subdirectory in DXB2004 you will find a HTML file named
CardBack_9Q_ReadMe.htm. If you double click on that you will get all
the documentation displayed in your web browswer.

I think the best place for user designed labels/cards/reports would be
in a section on the DXBase web page, but if they are unwilling I would
be willing to host other's designs for labels, cards, reports, however
some documentation would be needed. Not as elaborate as that I have
provided for CardBack_9Q, but perhaps a paragraph explaining the purpose
of the design.
