If you look at the call you will understand. It's a German ham, in the Dodecanese, and he's portable on the beach somewhere. :-)))
DXB is placing him in the correct entity. It just can't handle the two portable designators (/ ) It thinks that for WPX reasons he's using the prefix of 'P' I've seen guys even add other stuff on their call like /LH which to them says they are at a Lighthouse but to ANY logging program means he's portable in Norway.
