For the past few weeks, I notice a special event pop-up banner in the middle of the screen after DXBASE has loaded. It says something like "There is a special event on 18-JUN-2003 Do you want to see other good deeds?" and gives me a yes/no choice. Since the date in question means nothing, I don't bother with it and I'm wondering if there is some virus time-bomb waiting there. I'm using DXBASE 2003.
Anyone else get this thing? If so and it is benign, how do I get rid of it? 73 de Ed
