Jim, KK1W came back first with the solution, but several others got it right 
also. Thank you all for responding with help. 

In the path window you can not put the drive letter such as F:\, you need just 
the path so "\" for the root directory solves the problem. It will also work 
with nothing in the window, because the root directory is the default. And it 
also worked with "/" in the window as one person suggested. However at the DOS 
level "\" is the correct directory separator.
