I'm not familiar with that message.  It is not a file that DXbase installs
as part of our installation of DAO and we are not using the Windows
Installer.  So, I can only assume that some other software has tampered with
your DAO installation.  I do not know if installing DXbase over again will
correct your system.  Guess you can try.  But you may need to isolate what
other software is causing the trouble.
