[DXBase] Lotw error?

help please? i 'm trying to do a certificate using TQSL  to LOTW. I input a
start date of 1993-02-14 and end date of 2003-09-30 but when Tqsl looks at
first qso i get following: certificate qso date out of range, error line 7,
the qso was dated 2001-10-05? within range?
