Use the selection wizard to choose qsos AFTER YOUR LAST DATE. OR MUCH EASIER Use Selection Wizard to choose qsos that do not have the qsl sent set to LoTW. This is what I've been using. No filters except No LOTQ Submitted box checked.
Of course this demands that you mark these qso's when you make a adif export.
