Well something is strange then. My DXBase log indicates we have had one qso as listed below. LoTW reports that I have a qsl for that contact with you.
I just checked LoTW again. Same result, it reports that a qso and I'm being credited with the qsl. Same time, same date, same band and mode. I think I'd telephone the LoTW administrator.
