think we need a little more info.
Was this a 'clean' install of windows, meaning a formatted disk or was it a
'reinstall' over the existing version to fix problems.

Was this a 'clean' install of DXB, meaning you had 'uninstalled' it prior to
the reinstall of Windows?

Did you use the default DXB setup?
