copy/paste doesn't work in all DXB windows like other Windows programs. as for the Shortcut. I went to Shortcuts and assigned F3 to open the Previous Qso window. It works as it should. Make sure you didn't select the wrong Previous Qso. There is the Previous QSO Toolbar, and Previous QSOs, the latter was assign F3 and works properly.
