yes you can edit the cluster shortcuts

right click on the cluster pane and select more commands

Be aware that
SH/FDX isn't supported on all clusters (e.g DXspider ones)
I run a spider cluster but i have added a SH/FDX command to it since I 
found it a useful feature

my cluster (EI7MRE) is at
mayodx.ath.cx port 7300
