When I uplodated my N5IN contacts I failed to define my ITU=7 and WAZ=4 in the TQSL (as opposed to TQSLCert) program. I ended up submitting 20,000 Q's all without the WAZ and ITU.
Seeing nothing in the FAQ about how to correct such an error I took a chance and went through the submission processing a second time, this time I took care to include this information (which is done inside the TQSL program). I then resubmitted the new 'signed' file, about 3 MB, via e-mail as an attachement and lo and behold after a while I got an automated e-mail back, with lots of warnings about 'QSO replaces existing record.' The final line was 'no errors enountered'. Then I went back on the web and lookd at a few of my q's and now they all have the correct ITU and WAZ information. You click on 'Details' to see the extra information, such as zones, counties etc. So it appears as long as all the required information in a Q has not changed that it is possible to make such an 'addition'. Anothe approach would have been to 'withdraw' all my Q's and start fresh, but I don't see where there is any such option. Glad the procedure I used worked. The FAQ is not helpful as regards corrections, in fact it says nothing about them. Ron, N5IN
