[DXBase] ADIF import QSO comment issue

I hadn't noticed this before, but when you do an ADIF import into 
DXB2003, an unrequested space is prefixed to the QSO comment.  I had put 
in  "CQWWDX" and it resulted in  " CQWWDX".

This could go on the fix list for DXB2004 perhaps.
