I've been putting some VERY old logs from stations I manage.
I'm seeing qsl's showing up but the reason I uploaded them was for history.
I'm seeing a lot of calls of friends who passed on.
Don't know if saving them for posterity will serve any great purpose, but
it's free so what the heck.

I've also been trying to get qsl's from some of those OLD qso's I made.
I'm doing pretty good at getting qsl's from the FIRST all time dx/state
qso's I made.

I, too, find LOTW to be working just fine. So far I have nearly 850 QSLs.
Some goodies just this week:

TK5EP 40 - 10 Meters
5X1X 15 Meters
JY8XY 15 Meters
4U1ITU 40 Meters
RX9TX 80 and 20 Meters (New 5BWAZ zone number 196)
C6ARB 80, 20, and 15 Meters
KL7V 80 Meters

Not to mention last month P5, 9V1 5 bands, HC8N 6 Bands, etc.

The ARRL is to be congratulated for getting this started. Sure is going to
make Band Countries cheaper and quicker. DXBase makes it a cinch. I am real
anxious for the ability to download the file from LOTW and integrate it back
into DXB, but that is coming!

I am trying to decide whether to upload my QSOs from earlier than 1980. I
don't show any QSLs earlier than 1989. Is it reasonable to upload QSOs from
1950s - 1980s?

Bill, W5VX
