Bingo, Alf is the winner.
The Summary is taking the Lat/Lon from the Buckmaster Callbook.
Buckmaster has the wrong heading for San Andres with that same .127 heading.
That explains it.
As soon as I disabled my Buckmaster database, it started showing the correct 
heading.

And Art, my gps gives me these headings which coincides with the villages 
coordinates
also.
