To all DXbase 2004 Users: For anyone who is going to be working towards the ARRL Worked ALL States (WAS) in the 90th Anniversary Award -- which was announced in April 2004 QST magazine, page 58 -- I have made a New Style report that can be used to track your progress for this Award.
