If you mean a callbook, I found that RAC is the most accurate and up-to-date.
I also subscribe to the GoList which will give you a route but not a address.
But, you already have one of the easiest to use in DXBase.
Click on the Pathfinder icon (the little box with PF inside), it's a web site 
that allows
you to choose a number of different callsign/manager databases where you can 
copy/paste
the info into the QSL INFO window for saving in you .mdb file.

and it's free!.
