If you upgrade from a previous version, the upgrade reads many of the .ini 
settings and
applies them to the new versions .ini
So you will see things like your name, personal settings, previous alerts and 
screen
positions are carried over.
But not all the customization values are stored in the .ini file, hence fonts, 
fonts size
and color for various windows must be redone.
