I just started using PSK. I am running Digipan 1.7 and DXbase 2004. Does anyone know if there is an option or file in Digipan that I can modify to autolog my QSO to DXbase.

They are the only ones I know for sure. But...some of the other soundcard rtty or psk programs will output a .adif log. And then you import that.
