If you filled in the I/O addresses into the comport module correctly and still
no cw, make
sure you have the two driver files, DriverX.vxd & DriverX.sys, and installed
them into the
Windows/System32/Drivers subdirectory.

CW from DXB is one of the most common difficulties.

I can suggest a workaround if you are unsuccessful.
Download the free MMTTY program, this is the program that decodes rtty using a
soundcard.
Install it and set the com port to the same as you use for DXBase and cw.
Load the program and let it be minimized in the background.
This will usually allow you to send cw via the DXBase cw buffers or keyboard.

Actually most of the PSK soundcard programs will also work the same except the
internal
DXBPSK program.
If you obtain the PSK31 program that DXBase utilizes and install it in a
separate
directory, that will work also.

Good luck

Subject: [Dxbase] DXbase2005 CW keyer w/rigblasterpro

I hope someone can help. I am using Dxbase 2005 with Windows XP professional
and interface
is Rigblaster Pro. Cannot get the keyer to send CW. I have no problem with two
there
programs sending CW on serial port 1 so I know the hardware works. I installed
the CW
module. But no CW keying or even sidetone. Anyone using this setup and working?
