Sure Don't use the LotwReport.adi feature and manually enter LoTW qsls with a code in the Special column field. Or use the automatic download and then manually change confirmed by LoTW. When you do the LoTWReport.adi import, put a special comment in the 'notes' field. Then just do a search on that 'comment' and manually change from LoTW to None. But I don't see how you can do it the way you want automatically.
