James, I had a similar problem happen to me this past weekend. I downloaded
DXB2005 and started the install routine. Everything worked fine until it
came to installing the "font file" - it just stopped. I uninstalled it and
tried again and it still hung up. I emailed support and they told me to
uninstall again and to delete the DXB2005.ini file in the Windows file.
Restart the computer and be sure all the other programs are shut down
including the anti-virus program.

I followed their instructions and it worked fine. I think the trick was
deleting DXB2005.ini in the Windows file because I had done everything else.
I was very pleased at the quick and helpful support from DXBase guys. You
might want to double check with them.

My only problem is that I can't get mine registered so I can use it because
the guys are out of town for a week. I assumed that I would download the
file and get the registration on Saturday and have it up and running on
Sunday. Gess I missed my Father's Day present!
