To all, I would like to get your thoughts when it comes to the ITU Zones within Russia .. specifically,
if the ITU Zone listed for a certain call area (i.e.: UA0X) "should be" the ITU Zone where the "Main City" is located at -- in the case of UA0X the Central City is named Palana - and this city is physically in ITU Zone 35 ? Or --- have the ITU Zone that is "first in the sequence"? In case case of UA0X .. that call area "spans" ITU Zones 25, 26 and 35 .. So, in this case the ITU Zone would be 25 ?
