To all: I have taken down all of the BIG report files from my website - and replaced them with a ZIP'ed up file that contains the same Report..
This way - if good ol' www.qsl.net is working all ok - the download time will be VERY SHORT in time - as compared to trying to get the BIG *.rpt files .. I have also added that IOTA Needed Report that Jim N8JV made - to the below listed webpage.
