To all: I finally heard back from Dave Patton at ARRL on my question to them about the ITU Zone of TI9 -- the arrl website lists TI9 Cocos ITU Zone as 11 -- but, that appeared to be in error.
I just rcvd an email from Dave - with the IARU's own listing -- and it clearly says that TI9 Cocos "is" in ITU Zone 12 .. So, if you want, you can make the necessary change by doing: 1. From the main menu, select Tools/Database Access/Country Prefixes. Select Primary tab. Scroll down to the TI9 prefix and perform the following: **Locate TI9 and change the ITU Zone from 11 to 12.
