Use the DXbase Wizard and select export to ADIF option. As far as selecting only the /135 calls, only thing I can think of is to set a flag for those QSOs and then using the selection wizard filter on that flag. Or, you could put something in the Spec1 or 2 field of each of these QSOs and then export/filter on that.
