AL,

The reason for the change in your GRID count (after importing your
LOTW adi file) is because:

Look at your NL7CO qso on 29 June 2002 .. you originally listed his
GRID as EM03 ... "that EM03" was a "NEW" one for you at that time..

BUT, when you imported your LOTW -- NL7CO stated that his GRID
was actually as  EM04UO  --- so, of course the EM03 got over-written
with the "data that NL7CO sent to you" -- therefore, your new one
of  EM03 went bye-bye ... and your EM04 from NL7CO "was NOT" a new
one for you..
