Dave, The ADI file imported from another s/w program uses a different "routine" - than LoTW --- The first selection on the Non-DXB import utility is called "Standard ADIF" whereas the next one down in the selection menu is "LOTW ADIF" -- Jack is the person who will have to answer your question directly -- Jack could tell us whether the Standard ADIF selection is "using" the ARRL-ID's in it's "logic routine"...
