Steve,

Once you put all of your qso's in - and you click-on
the "DATE" column header -- that will give you all qso in
the proper order - starting with the oldest .. then you can
go down to the horiz scrollbar area and click on the button
that looks like    >|      that action will then take you
to the newest of your qso's..

Steve,

The default sort of your log when you start DXbase is by Date/Time order and 
your log is positioned to the last QSO record which will be the latest QSO 
logged.

As you enter new QSOs ( even ones that are old ) they appear at the end of 
your log until you do one of two things:

1.  Close and then reopen the QSO log sub window.
2.  Click on the Date column header in your log window.
