Jim, You must have shut down your pc without letting DXbase first close. This can cause one or more of the statistics tables to become corrupted.
1. Create a new empty database from the File menu in DXbase. 2. Set user options to prompt for database at startup. 3. Close DXbase. 4. Run DXB Import. 5. Your target is the newly created db. 6. Your version is 2005. 7. Your source is the old db that is now corrupted. 8. Remove check from trial/test and click the green start ICON. 9. Close import. 10. Run DXbase and choose the new database. 11. Initialize tables. 12. Back up the new database.
