When LoTW first started, it was mainly USA qsls. The last few months I've noticed a greater Non-USA participation.
So I asked the Report Guru, Joe Glockner, WA6AXE, to produce this DXBase 2005 report. I've also noticed a much quicker uploading of contest logs.
