Gary, I'm using DXbase 2005, and it didn't select any QSO's on the WARC bands. In the QSO Records Filters section, the selection "Only QSOs valid for band and mode" is checked. I notice that this isn't available with DXbase 2003. You might try using the selection wizard to select only QSOs not on the WARC bands, and then have the WPX awards section select from the wizard records.
