I have it narrowed down to this. County hunters web page had a map that helped
with Alaska, 2 people helped out with a Google search on Sunnymead Calif and
saw how to play detective. Found Oahu HI with Google cause it referanced to
the Cival Defence web page said Honolulu County.
It is hard for me to learn this county hunting stuff. Thanks for your hints.

Chesapeake, VA is good for the county of Isle of Wright.
Washington DC is good for one of the counties that adjoin it, your choice.
This should be on the county hunter's web site.

I've seen a better map but can't find it right now. I think this shows
the 4 basic 'counties' that may help some. Alaska lists 27 counties yet
they don't actually have counties. I read some where that there are some
areas that aren't assigned into a borough so they use the 'area' map to
locate them. Confusing mess.
