Allan, It would seem that the easiest way would be to use the DXCC Award module - and simply pick the ONE BAND you are wanting to use..
I do have a few questions: (1) What version of DXbase are you using? (2) Does it matter whether the 1 QSO per entity is the "newest confirmed" or the "oldest confirmed"?
