When a Russian lists his REGION on his QSL card, is this his OBLAST NUMBER? Or are oblasts and regions two different things?
If ya want to record Oblast numbers (or unique award stuff) in DXBase 2006, which column is best to use so that it can be searched out or filtered for a list. The goal would be to save the report file or print it out for oblasts and other various unique awards. I'm logging all my previous QSO's and want to add this type of award info correctly so it can be used in DxBase. The choice is up to the user.. 73 Joe WA6AXE K3SEW wrote: > When a Russian lists his REGION on his QSL card, is this his OBLAST NUMBER? > Or are oblasts and regions two different things? > > If ya want to record Oblast numbers (or unique award stuff) in DXBase 2006, > which column is best to use so that it can be searched out or filtered for a > list.
