Bob, I'm not sure you can call this a bug.
But I bet if you watch it...you will see that this occurrence happens a lot of 
big contest 
weekends or during periods of extra heavy cluster spots.

What I 'think' is happening, is that the spots are coming in so fast and 
furious that our 
computers can't decode them fast enough.

I've seen this a number of times but only during a mega contest like this 
weekend.
When I've turned off callbook, and aux manager...the occurrences diminished.
