We used the notes field for such information and then on preparing a 
download to LOTW used the notes field as part of criteria for 
creating the LOTW file.   However the harder part is to register each 
of those QTH's with LOTW as separate entities so that the QTH and 
County are unique to each section of the log in LOTW. You will need 
to communicate with LOTW staff as how to orchestrate that part of your plan.
