A request that DXB include the List of Countries that you can not sent to via
the Bureau.

While the 'feature request' asked for a 'automagic rejection' if you marked a
qsl to go to
a country that the ARRL outgoing can not service, I 'sort' of already have that.

Go to Programs>Customize and enter.

In the Menu Text enter:
Outgoing Bureau Info
In the Command enter:
C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE
In the Arguments enter:
http://www.arrl.org/qsl/qslout.html

You can name it anything you want and I'm assuming that IE is in the normal
subdirectory.
If you use a different Browser, enter it's location.

This won't stop you from marking a card as 'qsl via bureau' but will give you
ready access
to the info.

You can also create another quick link by repeating the above but adding this
line to the
argument.
It will take you directly to your LoTW account.
Change the XXXX and the ZZZZ to your login and your password respectively.
