I recently bought a batch of IRCs that were offered on one of the Ham reflectors, and now have 3 responses that my IRCs are no good. Latest is from HB9BOU, mgr for 4U60UN/4U1UN. He says that the Swiss post office will only accept the new larger blue IRCs. One south Pacific DX station was pretty nasty about me offloading useless IRCs on him.
I have received a few responses from my mailings, but then I also included green stamps in cards I really needed, so not sure if any have come back that only had the IRCs. How many just threw my card away? Guess I'll never know. Beware what type of IRCs you get/use... It takes normally one or two days until they figure out that they have to take 'the old ones' too.
