Interesting, I do it almost the opposite. I click on the appropriate QSL VIA 
item.

When I send out cards, I have it already set for the various 'groups'
each group is a different qsl via method.

So when I print out buro cards, the group is B (Tools>Options>User 
Options>Labels.
Manager is M
Manager$ is $

etc.
so when I mark a card for qsling...it goes to the appropriate group and is 
printed in that 
batch.
