The Edit>Find/Replace feature will work in the CFM field. Place your cursor at the first entry and in the CFM field. Select Edit>Replace Type 'Yes' into the Find Field and a 'No' into the Replace field. Select Change all. (essentially the same thing can be done with the qsls field)
The Confirmed Date field will be a bit trickier as the same 'string' will not be in all records.
