This is a pita when it happens.
It's not really a DXB problem, it's a problem with windows.


I just had this last night with another program

I fixed it...by rightclicking on blank part of a windows screen, and going 
to the 'Properties' option.
This gets you to the Display Properties options windows.
click on settings, and then INCREASE the resolution for your monitor.
In effect you will make every window on the screen smaller, and will be able 
to 'grab' a window edge and make it much smaller.
Then reverse the screen resolution back to it's previous size.

Then adjust the Window to the  size you want.
The previous qso toolbar thingy is a different 'type' of window.
I've accidentally moved it, resized it, lost a portion of it and it's a pain 
to get it back.

That's why I've added the "DOCK or LOCK windows" to my wishlist.
