With the help of Dave, VE3WEJ all is working again. TS870 can change communication speed and it was set for 9600 and 8 and 1 change DXBase to that configuration and turned on RTS and CTS and we got it working but before we got it working I got a nice tip from Dave VE3WEJ. His tip was to download and install Ham Radio Delux as it will do a search and it found the radio and the settings and displayed them.
