I think this question was raised and resolved a long time ago but maybe I have something configured incorrectly now.
When doing a SH/DX (actually a SH/MYDX when connected to VE7CC-1), the times that appear in the DX Info window are the time I sent the SH/MYDX command, not the time of the spot. The spots have the original/correct times in the Internet Cluster window. Jim N7US ?
