Tim: Are you using a USB mouse?
I have seen this problem too with DXB2007. I have not experienced it with any other program. I swapped video cards and this had no effect on resolving the problem. On my machine I was able to largely resolve the problem by using a USB to PS2 adapter with my USB mouse.
