Providing the protocol for your radio is published there really should
be no problem whatsoever adding your radio to DXbase.

Dxbase uses a file called radios.ini to store the settings for each
radio, it's pretty easy to add new radios to this file, I'll gladly
assist but I will need full details of the serial protocols used by the
un-supported radio and would ask that any new additions be tested in
full.

I have done the elecraft k2 support (and looking forwards to doing the
Elecraft k3 Support!) and have helped a bit with some of the Icom
support

Does the FT2000 currently work ok and if so what radio selection 'works'
are there any missing / broken features or other weirdness that needs
correcting

The Omni 7 is a non worker currently? Is the protocol published ?
