In what folder is Tools/Database Access? Using DXBase 2005. Changing some
computers around and trying to get away from having to enter the new countries
into Database Access/Country Prefixes. Prefer to do a copy and paste.

Subject: [Dxbase] Special Event dates
Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

I'm running DXBase 2006 and have recently noticed some peculiar behavior.
Under Tools/Options/Special Events I have listed various contests for the
coming year that I want to be reminded of when I start DXB. Since entering
these dates earlier this month I have noticed the following when starting
DXB. The Special Event reminder screen comes up and shows a special event
on 12-05-2008 for the ARRL 160M Contest (CW), then it shows 12-13-2008 for
the ARRL 10M Contest. Finally it shows 12-29-2007 for the Stew Perry
Topband Distance Challenge.

Why is DXB showing me events for December of 2008? The only one that should
currently be showing is the Stew Perry contest this weekend. It appears as
though DXB is showing events in the proper date order for the current month,
but ignores the YEAR! Has anyone else noticed this? Does DXB 2007 behave
in a similar manner? If so, I think this is a bug that should be fixed when
DXB 200? is released.
